loyaltyMATTERS Ltd is a UK based business and unless otherwise stated all prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted.

Entry to the Prize Draw is entirely free.

Entries should be submitted online by visiting http://www.loyaltymatters.co.uk/ipod.html

Closing date for each Prize Draw will be published on the loyaltyMATTERS Christmas card voucher.

Persons connected with loyaltyMATTERS Ltd or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.

The winner will be selected at random from entries received by the end of the prize draw and normally notified by email within 72 hours.

The prize draw will be held on or around the 30th June 2009.

Winners will be asked to confirm their company or organisational name before collecting their prize from loyaltyMATTERS Ltd also trading as Printing.com at 104 Station Parade, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 1HQ. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.

Winner's names and general location will be included in the next loyaltyMATTERS Newsletter and may also be announced in the local newspapers.

By completing the prize draw entry form each entrant agrees to receive newsletters and offers as stated on the prize draw entry form. Only loyaltyMATTERS Ltd, on behalf of its sponsors and/or its suppliers, will send offers.

loyaltyMATTERS Ltd operates it’s database in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices opt-in permission based marketing.

Prizes are as stated and no cash equivalent will be offered. In the event that we cannot supply the exact prize due to circumstances outside of our control we will offer up a choice of an alternative prize at the same value.
